How do I find tickets and tours?

We list our products in 2 main categories:
by 'Attractions' - this allows you to select the specific attraction
by 'Location' - this allows you to choose the area and view the tours, attractions and tours within this given area.

Can I show the ticket on my smartphone?

If the provider accepts mobile vouchers, this will be noted on the product description. We are migrating all suppliers to accept mobile ticketing so by early 2019 we expect this to be the normal practise.

Do you have any credit card or additional fees?

No - the price you see is the price you pay! Unlike others, our prices are very transparent offering great value on the world's most popular attraction, tours, excursions and sightseeing tours. As we are predominantly a UK based company, all transactions are in GBP but we can sell to clients from around the world.

The date on my ticket has expired?

Most vouchers are open dated unless the tour includes Alcatraz or is a timed departure. The date would therefore be the commencement of services and you therefore have 3 months to redeem.

How do I book the Alcatraz tour?

Due to local restriction, Alcatraz can only be booked as part of a package. When reserving such a tour on our website, guests are required to insert date of Alcatraz visit under the 'Ticket start date' section in order to utilise the Alcatraz element - the guest should check-in on the day of the visit usually by 10AM to the location provided on the voucher to collect the Alcatraz ticket. The local authority issue a limited number of passes for Alcatraz each day so always recommend visiting as early as possible to ensure guests obtain tickets for the desired date.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept American Express.

Do I need to create an account in order to book?

Yes we require the creation of an account which is seamless as part of the process of purchasing. This allows customers to access and download vouchers and tickets via a secure login.

Are all bookings confirmed immediately?

A majority of products are booked in real time so confirmation is issued immediately with tickets/vouchers all available to download within 24 hours. Most tours and excursions are ticketed immediately so your vouchers will be held on your user area to download once payment is processed.

What is the 'ticket date' field on the booking form?

This is the start date of the voucher/ticket or for single entry passes, the date you wish to undertake the tour/excursion/attraction visit. With multi-attraction passes, this date can be the start date of your trip if you are unsure exactly when you intend to use the voucher/ticket as partners have validity of 6 months for the redemption. The validity of the multi-attraction passes only commences from first use - please check the individual product descriptions for specific inclusions.

Can I book hotels, flights or ground transport through yourselves?

We are a specialist attraction ticket, tours, excursions and sightseeing broker. We do not offer hotels, flights or car rental.

I have my voucher - what do i do with it?

Print your voucher and present to the provider as noted on the voucher. Contact details for the local office can be found.

Is payment secure?

Yes, our website is 100% secure using internationally recognised levels of security. All card transactions are processed by a third party specialist provider and we never have access to any card details.

I did not print my voucher - can i show the voucher on my phone?

Most suppliers still require a physical voucher to enter the attraction or undertake the tour. Should you experience any trouble, you can email us at sales@attractionpasses.co.uk and we can advise the best course of action.

What happens if I am running late for my tour?

Please call the local contact number on your voucher ASAP. All tours depart promptly and the provider may be able to move you to another departure time.
